Miskin Manor Running Club Details

The Miskin Manor Running Club (formerly Fredericks A.C.) is a small but friendly Athletics Club based at the Miskin Manor Health Club Miskin Manor Hotel.

Miskin is located near Llantrisant South Wales.

The Running Club meets every Monday evening at 06:30pm when groups of all abilities will go out running various distances.

Visitors and guests welcome to join us.

The Club completes at various events both individually and as a team throughout the country and sometimes even abroad.
